@Sha_ivi I used to be the same! But then someone pointed out to me that drinking doesn't solve the problem it only affects the part in our brain that controls inhibition and stuff. Alcohol is a depressant, the relaxation is temporary, once it's gone u have to deal with the aftermath 🙁
