@Uber_Support guys look how UBER started to Loot. boarded the CAB n driver started the trip & then said I will not travel to your location . Spoke to UBER support with no resolution. Lost 20 minutes in this and had been charged 146 for getting in & down w/o starting the car.

@UberINSupport Guys , problem is not the refund. After boarding the car driver refused to start looking at the drop location. Refusing to cancel the trip either and your Uber support executive too asking to look for other cab is disastrous. Atleast u punish the driver and get me other cab.
