I want to give the task team a theory about the 8 women murdered around Kempton Park, Olifantsfontein, and Springs. I believe the killer is someone who works in PRIVATE SECURITY or LOGISTICS/DELIVERY COMPANIES along the R21.

The killer is likely using a BRANDED SECURITY PATROL VAN or WEARING A UNIFORM.

Here is why this makes sense:

HOW THEY ABDUCT THE WOMEN
A woman walking or jogging alone would run away from a sketchy stranger. But if a branded security car pulls over to check on her, she will trust them and walk closer.

HOW THEY DUMP THE BODIES
The bodies are left in busy areas like behind the hotel in Rhodesfield or near malls. If a normal private car stops there at night, it looks suspicious. But if a security van parks there, nobody asks questions because it looks like they are just doing their job.

HOW THEY BEAT ROADBLOCKS
The killer knows the East Rand roads perfectly. If they work in security, they know exactly where Operation Shanela roadblocks are, what times guards change shifts, and where cameras are broken. This is how they move between Kempton Park, Olifantsfontein, and Springs without getting caught.

WHAT THE POLICE MUST CHECK:
Look at the GPS tracker history of private security cars that were patrolling Rhodesfield and Olifantsfontein on the nights the women went missing.

See if the times the bodies were dumped match up with guard shift changes in those industrial areas.

Use the highway number-plate cameras to look for security or company vehicles making weird trips between Kempton Park and Springs late at night.

This is a tip to help the investigation, i am just a freelance researcher.
