@chevys_abrasive In their careers, with Toews being the centrepiece of those bets. I want him to be succeed, would be an amazing story. It’s just probably not very likely if we’re being honest.

@chevys_abrasive We shall see. I’ll be watching every game - good, bad or ugly as always. I hope to be pleasantly surprised. It just feels like the org is making a lot of “if this goes right, we could be good” bets on players that are probably more likely to fail than succeed at this point

@chevys_abrasive It’s not just Nik Ehlers being worth 10 wins, it’s backfilling second line holes with a 37 year old who hasn’t played in several years, and putting a 35 year old on his wing. Maybe it all works out, and I hope it does - but call me skeptical on adding even more bottom 6 depth
