@KingSooPurB @CapitecBankSA I've had the same issue. Called their customer service line and they weren't very helpful. They just told me they would investigate it as a missing payment. In the meantime, what must I do. Pay the same people again, while they investigate with no turnaround time? 😡

I called customer care on Mon, was told that a Supervisor would call, but no call to date. U abuse the fact that u have access to peoples banking details, which are given in confidence. U then go on to steal money from bank accs whenever u please & enrich yourselves unlawfully 🤬

@CartrackZA last Friday you unduly enriched yourself by debiting my bank account with R419.63 after I closed my account in May and paid you all due fees. You have deleted my complaint on @hellopetercom and blocked me.

@p_eric_mo @CartrackZA This is why I canceled my account with them in May. Asked them to send me a figure of all amounts I need to pay so that they can close the account. They did & I paid. Today someone @CartrackZA calls me saying that I have a +R400 outstanding on my account from March. Such a scam🙄
