Do they require a company registered under CIPC or SARS or is there another registration process? Is this process only in Tshwane or applicable to all businesses in SA? For example a dressmaker?

A child was found alone and appearing lost at Khayelitsha Mall. The person who found him became concerned because the child could not answer questions and only made sounds, leading them to suspect he may have a condition affecting his communication.

The child was then reportedly taken to the management at Shoprite. Since the mall was closing, staff allegedly said they would hand him over to the mall security team while efforts continued to locate his family.
