@vmbusinesshelp fault F011610942 been a fault with our business broadband since 10th December. Get a new update everyday now saying it will be fixed 30th December but this changes daily. How is a business supposed to run with no broadband! Surely it can’t be this hard to fix!

Utterly horrendous behaviour from @virginmedia Having been a loyal customer for many years their Business team upsold as my husband runs his own business by telling us they’d swap our residential account to business. Now residential have charged us £300 fee!!
