Before the hail storm on Friday we completed #GreatUKWaterBlitz using kit from @Earthwatch_Eur #FreshWaterWatch. Rather high nitrate levels on this section of the Thames.

We took part in #GreatUKWaterBlitz at the weekend for @Earthwatch_Eur #citizenscience project. The #FreshWaterWatch results have been posted online. At Windsor we saw high nitrate readings and low phosphate.

Took part in #GreatUKWaterBlitz arranged by @Earthwatch_Eur. Great to see so many dots on the #FreshWaterWatch map- many citizen scientists getting involved to gather data on our water bodies. This was our local River Pinn.

@hrobinsonmuseum A great way to spend Easter Monday- looking at the wonderful illustrations @hrobinsonmuseum and learning about the characters in the stories, such as the sad tale of Miss Francis.

Enjoyed our second stay @ElmleyNNR in a cosy shepherd’s hut. Waking up to watch this stunning sunrise. Simon and Fiona were excellent guides, showing us the very best birding delights of the season. Three species of owl and heaps of ducks & waders.
