US imported USD:3.3 trillion worth of goods from all its trading partners in 2024. That's USD:3,300 billion.
Now, #JVP general secretary #TilvinSilva, talking economy again, says our exports to USA is at USD:3 billion, which he describes as a "small amount."
It's small to #USA but not to #SriLanka when our total export volume is only at USD:16 billion & and the US market being the single largest market for SriLankan exports.
