Checked in for @easyJet flight EZY427 Thurs 2 July. Flight delayed 20 mins. Reached the gate 36 mins before departure but the doors were locked. Staff suggested I "move my dad's chemo" which is why I was flying. 3 others missed the flight too. Employ staff with compassion!
