@RyanGTuttle Yes, If the tenant has investment grade credit. We did a large office deal at 100% LTV last year. Single tenant with BBB+ rating.

@twallyweb A few years ago while doing multifamily acquisition/rehab deals our main equity owned pet hospitals all over the country. They sold the hospitals to the Mars candy bar family. All roads lead to real estate I guess.
