@OpenreachHelp I've already tried those, there are no plans to roll out fttp in my area, and as I said the waiting list has been up for over a year and none of the major ISPs want to deal with it so I don't have any options. Openreach can upgrade the cabinet to match capacity. Why dont they?

@WeAreOpenreach My local cabinet has been full for at least a year, it's impossible to contact you by live chat as you have 'network issues' and no way to call to raise my complaint. Do you not have a responsibility to actually provide a service people can use?

Volcanoes account for less annual CO2 emissions than Poland, I don't know where you get your facts from, but I'd love to see. Much more comforting than mine.

@kyrilluk @Dominic2306 Some things need to be regulated, see Cambridge analytica and numerous breaches of personal data (facebook leaking user phone numbers). If the legislation is done right it can protect people and not stifle innovation.

@SkyHelpTeam I've just moved into a house and the last owner hasn't cancelled his sky broadband. Our cabinet doesn't have any available ports so i can't order my own connection but if the previous owner still has an active fibre link at my address would I be able to take it over?

@OpenreachHelp Are you sure you don't have a waiting list? It's discussed a lot online and from my understanding it is managed via ISP's making enquiries about availability. Attaching an image from the BT wholesale checker which specifies my cabinet is on a waiting list.

@OpenreachHelp Hey openreach, I've just moved into a new property and it looks like my local cabinet is FTTC, but I can only get a standard copper connection becuase the cabinet is full - can you advise me how I can get onto the waiting list for a fibre connection?
