When you think of @StJohnsBBall what comes to mind?
For us it's Lou Carnesecca, also known as Coach Carnesecca the winningest coach in @StJohnsBBall history. We will be honoring him with a Statue Dedication on Oct. 23 @ 5:15pm!

Last week we had our first hands-on workshop in the Archives & Special Collections this semester. It was so much fun showing off a variety of prints (intaglio, relief, and planographic processes) to a #printmaking class. The oldest item was from 1493, and the newest from 1999.
It's Thursday! Do you know what that means? Another @SJUarchives throwback! Here is a sketch of St. Augustine Hall circa 1962. Who has this kind of talent? 🤯
What do you think? Should we go back to the retro look? Enjoy another #throwbackthursday from @SJUarchives! This brochure dates back to 1908! Talk about a throwback!
The tragic events of #September11 made a profound & lasting impact on the world and the #StJJohns community. We will #NeverForget.
To commemorate this anniversary, we encourage you to share your stories and reflections here: https://t.co/pDIvNGtQJM
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. @StJohnsU will commemorate the day through solemn gestures and events, as we remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost that day, including 75 members of the #StJohns family. #NeverForget https://t.co/8NQa7yyid7
For years I've kept this @nytimes clip & the image of just how close the Manhattan Campus of @StJohnsU-then located at 101 Murray Street-was to the World Trade Center. (Photo:Paul O. Colliton)
Our favorite classes are the ones that visit us in Archives & Special Collections! Any @StJohnsU faculty interested in scheduling a customized archives workshop for your students?
