@kevinmnye1 My parents died from OD. Dad in 1989 and Mom in 2001. If I had narcan I would still have a mother. EMS arrived within minutes but nothing like that was given. I have heard my whole life how worthless addicts are. The end of Everclears Heroin Girl sums it up pretty well too.
