This is the first time Iran has struck Israel after Israel struck another country's territory (that is, not Iran).
This means that the battle lines have been moved.
Iran's deterrence had already been restored in the sense that Israel knew that any strike on it would be responded to.
But now, Iran has proven that it will also respond to Israeli strikes on Lebanon.
This is the first time in decades that a regional power has the means, capacity, and willingness to put hard power against Israeli military maneuvers or aggression against a third party.

Tonight, in West Asia, Israel's 'freedom of operation' (read: slaughter) in Lebanon came to an end. Iran ended it with its missiles, making good on its promise. Humanity owes Iran a great huge debt of gratitude and admiration
The Knicks are on the verge of their first championship in 50 years and their players are parading Arsenal shirts around MSG. Just a massive institution.
Forget 'Set Piece FC', Arsenal have won the title without '115 charges' lurking in the margins like Man City, without buying their own women's team like Chelsea, without petro-dollars behind them. That should be celebrated, writes IAN HERBERT https://t.co/z0bdODbQb3

The eviction comes after four consecutive weeks of historic
hundred-thousand-strong protests that completely
shut down the capital city of Tirana, refusing to allow their native coastlines and ecologically sensitive wetlands to be privatized by foreign

Zagazola reports that while reprisal attacks on the Plateau often attract widespread public attention and condemnation, smaller attacks, targeted killing of harder or his cattle as well as other rustling incidents frequently receive limited or no media coverage despite their potential to trigger retaliations.
THIS ISSUES HAPPENED LAST WEEK AND WE KNOW THERE IS GOING TO BE RETALIATION”
