@etihad And it was @@etihad that denied me the booking saying they didn’t have my bags, despite having them and sending them over to Abu Dhabi. I was at the checkin counter 1h 20 minutes earlier than departure
@etihad Like I mentioned, I already reached out to both, several times yesterday for many hours in a call. They are both putting the blame on each other. The agency says they cannot and etihaad says they cannot
