If the person wasn’t convicted subsequent to the arrest, and they are nolonger under investigation, such person should be cleared and removed from the system at the Forensics department and is therefore eligible for the certificate.

@SKasingye But when we reach at yours offices for fingerprint, again those officers ask for lot of money like More 80k and after giving them money they disappear, first work on , your officers who extort money from poor Ugandans and make the process transparent

A payment registration number (PRN)will be automatically generated and you can use that to pay in the bank, by card or mobile money.
Log in again and complete the application and book your appointment to have your fingerprints taken at our offices.
Your certificate should be ready within two working days.

@TwesigyeLaw If you are out of the country, do the application, then go to the police department of that country and ask them to take your fingerprints and give you the hardcopies.
Send them to us by DHL or any other reputable courier services and we will process your certificate.
