Wrap up with the outcome/results or explain which metrics you would track to measure the success of your solution (engagement, completion rate, time on task, retention, conversion...etc.). Voila! ✨
It's also helpful to have a strong solution section with a few sentences on the flow, or each flow, that ties back to the problem that was identified. Reiterate to the viewer why it is a good solution and how it's helping users to accomplish their goals in a seamless way.
@dannyboy414 When I first got into UX, I saw a youtube vid of a guy giving examples of how we should solve for all users as if they are drunk - for example, very clear info and actions (hierarchy, CTAs), guiding them through steps, reiterating info - confirmations..etc. "Drunk, not dumb"
@dannyboy414 Lyft said tips are non refundable, so if they are worried people might overtip (drunk or not), one solve is to add a confirmation screen for amounts that appear to be larger than usual. "Are you sure you want to tip $ XX?... Total (ride + tip) = $ XX"
