@Freyy_is When AI can't help me, it upsets me, because the business isn't concerned enough about their customers to have a real person engage with them. You go through a long phone tree and finally AI says, reluctantly, it will reach out to a live person. Our time is valuable, too.

@mattvanswol Counseling the murderers on their choices and justifications is senseless. They need to be in prison. It's too late to help them. Work with at-risk children and parents. I pity the girl. I pity the mother who will live the rest of her life with what her girl suffered.

@ElizabethColm22 I’m an accountant. I didn't request a loan. The numbers make no sense. I'm older and live in a low-income area. I get 6-10 calls and texts a day. I report, block and delete. They change numbers. I worry about people like your mum. Glad she found help. This needs to be stopped!
