That’s far asides the fact that @jet2tweets send us a message 3 weeks ago to say they are changing the flights and still can’t actually tell us what they intend changing?!? They were one of the few airlines I still trusted. Not anymore!
Proper disgraceful customer services from @jet2tweets. Many calls on hold for over an hour with no answer. Called today, answer after 1hr 45 mins, person couldn’t help but will pass you over, you are next in the queue, 45 mins later still no answer!
