Hey @OctopusEnergy I'm on smart meters for both gas & elec. My elec gives hourly usage yet for gas I have to wait 2 days for usage details. Why?

@santanderukhelp I've switched to 4g and no difference. Not reinstalling as there is a whole heap of pain setting account up again. Also, others have reported the same so I suggest it is something the bank have done

@santanderukhelp When you launch the app it crashes immediately. I've rebooted device and no difference. Can't grab the error message but something along the lines of security as others reporting

@Barclaycard Yes, I'm on WiFi but you app doesn't get past the opening screen so never gets to the authentication. Hope there are no fraudulent transactions but that is why I want to login so I can keep a check. Clearly I can't do that

@Start_Fitness Not impressed that I have also to pay for returns as well as original delivery. NB shoes appear to be small against other manufacturers. You CS no help so will seek refund rather than a new size.
