According to our legal analysis @ICRC, there are around 100 armed conflicts around the world involving 60 States and 100+ non-state armed groups as parties to those conflicts.

They reinforced the gates of EDL in Gemayzeh today, which can only mean even longer power shortages are upon us. The logic of state security will soon gift us metal gates at bakeries and pharmacies.
In all five of these countries, unsurprisingly, displaced people and aid agencies also face extreme or very high constraints on accessing and providing humanitarian assistance.
