@arrivamidlandsE Unfortunately again you didn't confirm to me the issue I was referring to. I was referring to the 29 service which was supposed to depart Ashby for Coalville today at 09:46, and actually left at 09:54. This is not good enough!
@arrivamidlandsE I'd appreciate efficient communication and action from you please. Someone could literally make a decision not to remove information from your app. Or if it's not in your hands, could communication not be carried out with the developer of the app?
@arrivamidlandsE I'd be very interested to get an answer to the following question: Do you take queries from customers seriously? I don't think you do. You still have not acted upon what I have said umpteen times about the information disappearing from your app.
@arrivamidlandsE It was today, which is why I communicated about this. I only go by the day when I communicate. The information should remain on screen for the every service that's running, rather than disappearing if a service is late. I'd also love to know why the 29 was late this morning.
@arrivamidlandsE I still do not feel heard by your company. Why is it that your app team can't leave information on the screen well alone and not get rid of service information. Your 29 service is yet again late but I don't know if it is running because the info isn't there!
@arrivamidlandsE I'm getting seriously at wits end with your saying you'll sort the issue with your app, and nothing changes. May I politely ask what the excuse is this time. Do you not value disabled customers?
@MatchDCentral If Pep stayed and got them promoted all the way back up, then he's the best manager. But he is mostly a chequebook manager who manages teams who are already good and nowhere near relegation. Essentially always champions league teams
