When the world seems close to pear shaped,
When leaders fill you with despair
When things look dark and dreary
And love seems far too rare -
CUDDLE A DUCK

Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸
From battlefields and memorials to parks and protected landscapes, the places cared for by the National Park Service help bring our shared history to life.
BREAKING: Undercover footage shows the nightmarish warehouse cells where NYC carriage horses are trapped in deplorable conditions when not in dangerous NYC traffic.
These poor animals have a HORRIFIC LIFE of walking the busy streets , in and out of congested traffic in hot and cold temperatures. These horses NEVER touch grass, never graze in pastures and no socialization with other horses .
They have NO pasture for grazing and interacting with other horses as herd animals NEED to be healthy and they are denied proper veterinary care.
THIS HAS TO STOP. TAKE ACTION BELOW TO END THIS ABUSE.
Everyone can call NYC Council Health Committee Chair Lynn Schulman at 718.544.8800 and press 0 to leave a message to ask her to cosponsor and fast- track #RydersLaw Intro 967 to end this criminal horse abuse!

Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

Forever in our hearts.
This is one of the most jaw-dropping, chilling interviews I have seen. Watch this Rabbi from London, respond to question about the terror stabbing in Golders Green!
Have two or more ways to get warnings with you until Wednesday morning. Tonight, we expect the window for storms to open around dinner time and continue until a final line of storms exits after midnight. Additional severe storms *could* fire Tuesday night also. Damaging straight-line winds are the biggest threat tonight, followed by large hail and tornadoes. We'll be following this throughout the day.
📹 VIDÉO - #Insolite : Pendant la coupe des griffes, une marmotte semble avoir déjà accepté son destin… tandis que l’autre panique à chaque coup de coupe. Une scène aussi drôle que totalement théâtrale.
This is Summit. He is a friend to pretty much everyone he meets. But has a special soft spot for the little critters who stop long enough for him to say hello. 13/10

“The model is broken in Nashville… Small businesses like us will not be here”
@FOXNashville
@ChrisNallsTV@JacobKupin4D19@FOXNashville Don’t forget to hold these council members accountable too for approving the hike without a cap. They’re just as guilty and are now surprised we’re pricing locals out of town?!
Let's be real: Where was Tom when a group of us were sounding the alarm, fighting tooth & nail against this massive property tax hike? We warned everyone this would happen & begged Nashville to show up. Most stayed home. we could've capped the damage, pushed back harder on the rate, & forced a smaller increase instead of letting it sail through. Silence & absence let this happen. Next time, show up. Our wallets depend on it. @gopnashville
