@tsxman I think the asset sales after the strategic review were a set up for a full sale. Tire kickers probably said we dont want office or much retail, and now they've whittled it down to what they want. Or im totally out to lunch and they piece the whole thing out.

@NuggetCapital NAV was almost 16 last i checked. I'm hoping for $14.50 at least, less is disappointing, more is great.

B.C. Premier David Eby was awarded a golden pig statue at the Teddy Waste Awards for blowing $354,000 on three “wood leather soccer balls”.

Eby then flew to Japan and posed with them for a photo op.

He’s the most wasteful premier in the country.
