“At its best, activism is a form of healing. It is about what we do and how we show up in the world. It is about learning and expressing regard, compassion and love.” Resmaa Menakem, My Grandmother’s Hands.

If you’re able, I invite you to stand with us.
Thank you for giving, sharing, and caring.
Every year, Bajans Helping Bajans runs a back-to-school + food hamper programme to support families in need.
This year, the need feels especially heavy. There are families right here in Barbados who cannot send their children to school because they simply don’t have the supplies.
2. Purchase vouchers at Abeds, Woolworth, or the Uniform Factory and get in touch with a Bajans Helping Bajans member to ensure that these vouchers go directly to families who need them most. [email protected] or our Facebook page: https://t.co/TYc93gChGJ
There are children going to bed hungry because there isn’t enough food at home. Here’s how you can help:
1. Donate directly to the Bajans Helping Bajans account at Bridge Supermarket. They pack the food hampers that the BHB volunteers deliver to vulnerable families every month.
