@janetmachuka_ You trust @SafaricomPLC when you send money and charge you 30/50/100, that they are able to deliver. The other day I spent a whole day at a public hospital because the systems were down. It wasn't last minute traffic rush. Only those authorised access SHA portal.
How can blame be on taxpayers! What would happen to those systems if they were to handle requests from populations similar to USA, China or India? Would last minute rush be sufficient justification then for system failure?

As someone who always used to be excited for new tech, I am not interested anymore. Everything has gotten so greedy, addictive, expensive and exclusive. They don't solve problems, they create them, and then try to sell you the solution. We're in literal technology hell.
