@MaigaVanHaalen@zach_seyko Notice that you don’t hear those comments from Carl—whet do the wrestlers get it? Does Carl look for recruits with a religious background? Or is coming from inside the program?
@TeasdaleEnjoyer@powers_of_psu All night long, the announcers kept saying that wrestling is a brotherhood – he said all of these wrestlers respect one another and bond over the sport. Mitchell is just a nice guy who wants to continue the brotherhood.
@BBNFL1984@EvanRGSmith Clearly, Mitchell is far more insightful than you. He explained why one needs a deeper purpose in life than just earning wrestling championships.
@donovan3rdtry@EvanRGSmith Mitchell was my favorite wrestler all year—he is the best wrestler in the country. As for intelligence, he certainly was the most articulate wrestler I heard last night— and he is very insightful for his age.
@Stealrsnation@SchlossmanGF Normally I would be opposed to his playing; however, despite the fact that we know what he did, I guess we have to respect the principle of innocent until proven guilty. And that won’t happen before the season ends.
@CryptoKaramazov@OnwardState There’s nothing the victim could have said that deserved physical assault. The law permits, freedom of speech, but it does not support physical retribution. McKenna was out of line. Unfortunately, here will probably suffer much longer than the victim.
@psufootballu Why are so many people defending McKenna? There is nothing that the victim could have said that deserved physical violence It’s called freedom of speech. I do have sympathy for Gavin because he could potentially have just destroyed his career. But it’s not the victim‘s fault,
@JLewis320@BasicBlues I’m starting to feel the same way—trying to a least give him a chance, but I’m having a hard time ignoring his preference for “coaching up” middling players. There’s a quiet obstinance there that scares me. Don’t care about Spell, though.
