@IRCTCofficial is the most incompetent organisation I have ever seen. I boarded the train 19668 yesterday from Bangalore to go to Mumbai (getting down at Vasai Road Station). I get up now and see train is diverted in between from Miraj and won't even stop at 4 stops including

@IRCTCofficial Now they registered a complain on Railmadad and closed it saying there is water logging on the route. No alternative solution given!

I don't know what to say. This is beyond acceptable. On one hand we are getting modern trains. But the comfort and experience of the average passengers is neglected.

I was travelling from Mumbai to Bangalore today on train number 01014. My destination stop was Dadar. At around 4:30 AM, Thane arrived with Dadar still 25 minutes away, I was half awake as were many in the train.

Combine this with the unpleasant journey on a train which had no pantry although around ₹ 1850 was charged despite the regular 3rd AC fare of around ₹ 1400 because it was some 'special' train. This is the pathetic condition of Indian railways.
