@ajambrosino Could usage limits reset on the normal renewal date and when someone resubscribes after their plan expires? It’s confusing to pay for a subscription and still have no usage left. Otherwise, why not just wait a few days for the weekly limit to reset before subscribing again?

@ajambrosino ChatGPT keeps cutting off halfway through answers but shows them as complete. It’s happened repeatedly, even on a fairly simple question. Support found a length limit in my earlier HAR. Could your team take a look? It’s getting really frustrating.
