@SkyfiApp@MykolaKozyr Ope - great catch! This is definitely an error on our end and we are working on fixing it. SAR data does not include a NIR infrared band, but is delivered with a TIFF!
@SkyfiApp @fred133769420 @bp22@skyfi_research Thanks for reaching out! While not yet available in the app, we can place custom orders for specific off nadir angles. Do you know what ONA you're looking for? We also have stereo imagery available through the app, which may be a great solution for you.
@SkyfiApp@darby_doolittle@skyfi_research You're likely looking at the basemap, which is Google Maps so users can find their area of interest easily. Once you've drawn your area of interest, you'll be able to browse open data options using the panel to the left.
@SkyfiApp @shubham_pokemon @skyfi_research @shubham_pokemon to access the free data, simply select your area of interest, then click the "open" tab to the left to display the free options. Please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected] with any questions!
@SkyfiApp@reconc4t@skyfi_research@reconc4t thanks for the feedback - when you're browsing the map and have selected your area of interest, you can select the "open" tab to browse free data. We use Google Maps as our basemap, but the image you receive will depend on the specs you select.
@SkyfiApp@stronghodl@skyfi_research Thanks for the feedback @stronghodl - the basemap you're looking at is actually Google Maps, allowing you to select your area of interest in a familiar interface, but the image you receive will match the specs you choose at the time of ordering.
@SkyfiApp@Slicker_vc @dxbiker @skyfi_research@Slicker_vc exactly! There are sample images in the app of Austin, TX, so make sure you review those as well, but the basemap is not the image you will receive. The image you receive will be specific to the details selected at the time of purchase.
@SkyfiApp@Slicker_vc @dxbiker @skyfi_research@Slicker_vc we use Google Maps as our base map so users can easily find their area of interest. Once you've selected your AOI, you can order a satellite image of that area with the specs you select (date of capture, sensor, resolution, etc).
@SkyfiApp@adgrad@adgrad thanks so much for the feedback! Can you email us a screenshot of what you're seeing at [email protected]? Happy to help get it resolved for you!
@heileivo@SkyfiApp @ChamliesCharles @skyfi_research@heileivo on the SkyFi app, you can order both high resolution commercial data for as low as $20 and low resolution open data which is free. Our open data is updated every 5 days, so will be much more up to date that Google Maps.
@SkyfiApp@heileivo@skyfi_research@heileivo thanks for the feedback! The map that you see on our interface is Google Maps, allowing you to select your AOI on a familiar platform. Once you've drawn your AOI, you can browse and order from the existing image options, or task a satellite to capture a new image.
@henryj17@SkyfiApp@elawtics@henryj17 For new images, our providers typically don't attempt the capture if it exceeds the cloud threshold, but if, for any reason, the image does deliver and exceeds the cloud threshold, we are happy to retask for you!
@SkyfiApp@UapBay@UapBay I'd love to connect you with our BD team so they can get more information on your custom needs. Can you shoot us an email at [email protected]?
