“Being humble means recognizing that we are not on earth to see how important we can become, but to see how much difference we can make in the lives of others”
We cannot expect to learn endurance in our later years if we have developed the habit of quitting when things get difficult now.”

The High-Energy Father’s Top 10 Most Efficient Exercises
If I only had 30 minutes a day to train…
This is exactly how I’d build a body with the energy to lead my family.
1.Push-Ups
2.Pull-Ups
3.Jump Rope
4.Hex Bar Deadlifts
5.Jump Squats
6.Wall Sits
7.Sprinting (at least once a week)
8.Incline Walking
9.Farmer Carries
10.Hanging
I don’t train to look like an athlete.
I train to stay an athlete.
To coach basketball.
To wrestle with my kids.
To hike mountains.
To carry heavy things.
To keep saying “yes” when my family wants to play.
Health creates energy.
Energy creates presence.
Presence builds stronger families.
Become a High-Energy Father.
The real choices in life aren't between wealth and poverty.
They're between good and evil.

All-or-nothing is ego.
It says:
“If I can’t be perfect, I won’t play.”
Real discipline says:
“I keep going even when it’s messy.”
That’s how identity shifts.
Mark Cuban says the NBA should embrace tanking:
“The NBA should worry more about fan experience than tanking. It should worry more about pricing fans out of games than tanking. You know who cares the least about tanking, a parent who can’t afford to bring their 3 kids to a game and buy their kids a jersey of their favorite player. Tanking isn’t the issue. Affordability and quality of game presentation are.”
With CP3 retiring, I've seen some comparing him with Stockton. Here are some points that aren't brought up much.
CP3 has more of the following than Stockton:
-games missed (236 vs 22)
-seasons missing Playoffs (6 vs 0)
-times traded (6 vs 0...soon to be 7?)
-teams played for (7 vs 1...soon to be 8?)
-times waived (1 vs 0...soon to be 2?)
-times suspended (1 vs 0)
Not to mention CP3 being dismissed by LAC today.
Both are all-time greats, but these are some reasons, (among many others) why I have John ahead of Chris.
