We broke the story on October 28th of last year that Charlie had a medical file at Utah Valley and nurses were instructed not to touch the file and were also given instructions which led them to believe Charlie was a patient at Utah Valley.
We didn’t know what to make of that information at the time.
We are now breaking the story that patients at Timpanogos ER were allegedly transferred via shuttle to Utah Valley BEFORE Charlie was shot. At approximately 11:30am local time. Their files were transferred as well which may go some way of explaining why Charlie had a file at Utah Valley.
It’s also curious to note that Timpanogos updated their hospital system to EPIC, just 4 days before Charlie’s assassination. That may be a timely coincidence, but one worth noting nonetheless.

They searched Russell, left it there, and put him in their truck with it.

NOT SO FAST: That "Overwhelming" Evidence Against Tyler Robinson is indeed overwhelming—but not against Tyler.

Let me explain.

GUN, TOWEL, DNA

We get told repeatedly by the sloppers that Tyler's DNA was on his gun & the towel the gun was wrapped in, and that this is part of the overwhelming evidence Tyler is guilty!

But there's nothing inherently suspicious about this so-called "evidence." Of course Tyler's DNA would be on his possessions. And literally all the conspirators had to do was swipe his gun & towel and plant them. As if no evidence has ever been planted before? Lol

The sloppers leave out details like...Tyler's DNA on the gun was the most degraded DNA of 5 individuals found on the gun, implying that he was not the most recent, or even 2nd, or 3rd or 4th most recent handler of that gun!

IOW, the alleged gun DNA evidence that Tyler is guilty is actually evidence someone else is responsible for planting that gun.

SCREWDRIVER

Then they told us the screwdriver with his DNA was found on the roof. But wait, not so fast: originally, the screwdriver was said to have been found with the gun.

The arm and palm prints from the Losee Center roof where the runner swung down were swiped, but curiously the prosecution left those results out of the preliminary hearing, instead opting to admit that fingerprints on the window didn't match Tyler Robinson's. IOW, there wasn't any for forensic evidence linking Tyler to the Losee Center.

But then, voilà! The screwdriver location got magically transported to the roof and curiously, it wasn't mentioned in the original booking document or affidavit of probable cause. Yes, that's right, the object that could even tenuously link Tyler to the roof was omitted completely.

Fast forward to the trial, and a ton of emphasis was placed on the screwdriver and Tyler's DNA found on it. But then we found out that the body cam footage of Officer Bagley, who allegedly found the screwdriver, cut out because the battery died, so his story can't be verified.

Furthermore, he testified that he placed yellow crime scene tape around the railing that leads onto the roof of the Losee Center where the screwdriver was found, but lo and behold, KSL helicopter footage in 4K from just 35 minutes after Bagley left the scene showed that there was no yellow tape placed around that area as Bagley testified, and no screwdriver can be seen in the roof as he also testified.

All this is to say that what is supposed to be DNA evidence for Tyler's guilt is actually a collection of evidences that he's being set up and they're playing fast and loose with details in order to do it.

THE GUN

History is replete with law enforcement and other government agencies planting evidence and framing innocent people. There's even a technical term for a gun that's planted to frame someone: a "drop gun."

The gun itself is supposed to be powerful evidence against Tyler, but once again, it actually turns into evidence he's being set up.

Why can't the bullet fragments be matched to the gun? Why did the gun barrel have dust in it even though it was wrapped in a towel? Why couldn't the bomb & gun sniffing dogs find it (indicating it had never been fired)? Why did Tyler walk part way to his vehicle with the gun, then just decide to stash it and continue on to his vehicle without it?

You see, all that is what it would look like if he were being set up.

CAMERA FOOTAGE

We're been shown several video clips, and have been told throughout that it's all Tyler and his car in all the footage. Emphasis on "told." We have Ring camera footage, home security camera footage, campus surveillance camera footage, Sheriff's office footage, etc. There's lots of it. And we're assured that it's all Tyler.

But when you break it down, there's not a single frame where Tyler can be definitively ID'd. Even his alleged boyfriend Lance Twiggs couldn't with 100% confidence day that any of the footage is Tyler. Everything is grainy, or blurry, or too far away and small. There's no footage of Tyler's car's license plate. We can't see who's driving it.

And then there's the fact that the prosecution lied by omission when it told us about the Noble's camera footage from later that night after Charlie was killed: officer Hull insinuated that the gray Dodge Challenger in front of the Noble's house near the crime scene was Tyler, but then we found out that witnesses said it was being driven by a bald guy and 3 passengers.

Furthermore, Hull alleged that another officer, Goforth, had seen Tyler driving a couple blocks away from the Noble's house, a few minutes before he was spotted in front of the Noble's house. So that's a major discrepancy: how did the gray Dodge Challenger go from being driven by Tyler to a bald guy after a couple blocks and a few minutes? Isn't that suspicious?

Again, all this camera footage, and not a single frame can definitively show Tyler or his car. If this were a frame job, this is EXACTLY the kind of evidence we would expect to see.

So once again, what is supposed to be overwhelming evidence against Tyler turns out to actually be evidence he's being set up.

TEXT MESSAGES & NOTES

This is already too long, but there's mountains of weird stuff going on with all the messages, exactly what we'd expect of this were a frame job. Nothing clear cut or straightforward.

OTHER EVIDENCES

If this were a frame job intended to protect the real perps & motive, we would expect to see other stuff like destruction or disappearance of important evidence, or key evidence never being collected in the first place. How much evidence has been destroyed or disappeared, or not collected, in this investigation?

▪️Rapid, quiet disposal of the SUV
▪️Quick, unnecessary, unscheduled destruction and paving over of the crime scene
▪️Key witnesses never contacted or questioned
▪️Necklace, phones & clothes not retained in custody
▪️All hospital footage was rapidly seized
▪️The surveillance footage from the Washington County Sheriff's Office when Tyler turned himself in was declared lost, but then it was found again, but they won't release it.

Just to name a few things.

CONFLICTING TESTIMONY & DOCUMENTS

There's lots of conflicting testimony & documents, but here's one example:

Bates documents say Tyler was already in custody at 6:25 PM the 11th. The booking sheet says he was arrested vast 10PM. Dan Bongina, Kash Patel, Spencer Cox and Sheriff Nate Brooksby said Tyler was captured after 33 hours, which would have been 9:23 PM. Officer Brian Davis testified that Tyler turned himself in at 9 PM. And then a search warrant says Tyler turned himself in at 10:26 PM.

WHAT A MESS.

CONCLUSION

To summarize: if Tyler were being framed, there would be evidence for it. And it turns out that yes, a myriad of small details and inconsistencies are present that are actually consistent with a frame job all throughout this case.

These "overwhelming" evidences against Tyler as alleged by the sloppers are just the kind of things we'd expect to find if Tyler were being framed.
