@united I fly with United often. Missed my first flight on Monday. Flying out tomorrow. It’s not showing up in the app even with confirmation number. Called the 800 number. Over 20 mins in, still on hold. What is my next step? Does it need to be reinstated?
@AmazonHelp I attempted to communicate to the site and to someone on the phone. I waited on hold for over 30 mins then briefly spoke to someone without a resolution. As a Prime member it’s confusing. Ordered, waited a month, cancelled, no support. What’s my next step?

Make sure your signage is clear and your best volunteers are at the registration table. By the time a new parent gets there/through that they’ve already decided so much about your #youthministry
