@uber dosnt take the verification of their driver seriously.
How did they let another person take over my account without realizing. That person had to submit various documents with their name on them. It should have raised a red flag that those didn't match the registered name.
@MilkcakeDelta@RandomTheGuy_@kirawontmiss Theres also stainless steel, aluminum and plant based compostable plastics. But glass is worth it for many circumstances where it van be kept safe. I use it all the time, even on the go.
It seems this should have been caught when they submitted their ID or vehicle registration. Obiously that is not very effective. What measures are actually in place to prevent identity fraud on your platform? #Uber#AccountSecurity
@Uber How is it possible for someone to drive under my account with fraudulent credentials? If your verification process works, how did this happen? Iβve submitted all my legal documents, and this is unacceptable.
@Uber_Support I didn't get any response. The review window has passed so I can't do anything from the app and support just has been sending me in circles. Telling me to use that review process even though it has already expired.
@Uber@Uber_Support
My account says it's deactivated. I only just set it up last week but someone previously used my info to drive. I see now it was deactivated for that but I never had any opportunity to respond and have this reviewed as the window closed before I became aware.

@boulderpolice This is a very driver centric design. Should have to go up and over a raised level for the path. Like a speed bump. Also the visibility seems pretty limited by the railing and concrete platform.
