Salut Jawed,

Vive Counter-Strike.
After 1 year and 6 months, my time with G2 comes to an end.
G2 is not “just a club” for me. It’s a part of my life now, the wins, the heartbreaks, the late-night reviews (very, very late sometimes), the bootcamps, everything. I’ll never forget what this org and its fans did for me. Being part of a pillar of Counter-Strike is something I’ll carry forever.
To all the TOP players I had the chance to work with: thank you. I learned so much by your side – in and out of the server. You made me better every single day.
I think especially about Snax. He had to tank so much criticism last year for the team, a lot of it completely undeserved in my eyes. That guy is a huge part of our successes. I’m grateful I got to work with him.
TaZ… I need a special line for you.
You’re the one who brought me into this project. You took risks on me when it would’ve been easier to look somewhere else. You also had to deal with a lot of criticism and pressure, but you still protected your people and stood for what you believed in.
Without you, this whole chapter of my life simply doesn’t exist.
To the G2 staff: Luka (performance coach), RAF (my French brother) and Peca, who always backed me – thank you for pushing me, challenging me, and believing in me every single day.
I also want to say thank you to SaW and Sheddan, you’re doing an amazing job and I’m sure G2 CS is in safe hands.
This season was also tough for me in a way most people don’t know.
I had a heart problem that put me in the hospital a few nights. It was scary, it was exhausting, and I had moments where I genuinely had to take a breath and be grateful just to be okay.
But I fought through it.
I’m fully recovered now and even my cardiologist was surprised by how quickly I bounced back.
It made me see everything differently: the game, the pressure, the privilege of doing what we love. And it made me even more grateful for the people around me during that time.
I come from the bottom. I didn’t grow up with an easy life or a clear road to esports. Nothing was “given” to me.
This chance at G2 changed my life in a way I never expected. It opened doors, gave me more confidence, and proved to the kid I was that hard work can actually flip a story.
For that, I will never forget this club.
Sometimes things happen behind the scenes that make it better for everyone to go separate ways and chase new goals with a different group.
G2 will always be in my heart in the good and the bad moments.
I’m grateful for this chapter, and I’m now looking for a new home to keep growing and chasing bigger goals.
Merci G2. Thank you to everyone who believed in me.
This is not the end of the story, it’s just the next page.
Hello everyone,
As I am concerned about the current and future state of ESEA leagues and particularly the ESEA ADVANCED, I had to write this open letter to Faceit to bring attention to the issues affecting players and teams.
I'm going to bring together all the problems that we are currently encountering on the platform.
- Until now, ESEA Advanced has offered young players and teams the chance to dream of reaching the highest level of counter strike. However, since the discovery that the playoffs no longer award VALVE ranking points, it would appear that many players and teams may be losing interest in playing.
- The lack of clear, fluid and consistent communication between ESEA Admin and players is making this situation catastrophic, given the impossibility of planning ahead (we find out the day the bracket is posted that we'll be playing teams from the division above : ECL, or the fact that the event won't be VALVE RANKED via HLTV and not by the ESEA team the day before our match).
- Several teams who qualified for the ECL Challenger during the ESEA ADVANCED 52 season were able to take part in the ESEA ADVANCED 53 season while waiting for the start of the next ECL Challenger season. These same teams therefore had to face other opponents who were fighting to reach the playoffs when they themselves had nothing left to play for, thus distorting any form of https://t.co/sUwDtdt66H conclude on this subject, these teams occupy 4 of the 8 slots originally allocated to teams from the ESEA Advanced (via direct qualification or relegation).
- As a coach, I feel obliged to address the subject of the slot coach, which makes our involvement even more difficult than it already is. When we see that many other competitions already offer this feature, how is it possible that an institution like Faceit is not up to date after more than a year and a half since the release of the game?
- One last subject, and perhaps the most important. We realise that some players have just been banned from the platform after completing a full season. How can we be sure of the integrity of all the players when they themselves can cheat for a whole season with little or no punishment? I'm convinced that the recently banned players are unfortunately not the only ones who cheat without being punished. And that's without getting into the subject of match fixing, which unfortunately seems to be more prevalent than ever.
In the end, all we want is to be able to dream and take part in the biggest Counter Strike competitions. Without the support of the ESEA leagues, many of us would simply never have made it and we want to be able to make our dreams come true. To do this, please ensure that at least the playoffs award VALVE ranking points so that some teams can join the rankings and continue to compete.
I urge Faceit to address these issues with urgency and to restore confidence in ESEA.
Sincerely;
Junior, @GenOneEsports Coach

3DMAX player contracts set to expire on November 15, two days before the Shanghai EU RMR
All players except Graviti, who is tied until February (b/o ~$30k), are approaching free agency. This opens a nearly free Top 20 CS team opportunity for any org looking to enter the scene."
According to multiple reports, 3DMAX has consistently faced issues with late payments to both players and staff.
