@spinoffradar@MichaelMaiello I honestly have no idea but I would think if Kuva DID NOT submit an offer by 8/31 that they would be obligated to report that. I think if they did what they said, they don't have to. Just my guess.
@spinoffradar@MichaelMaiello They may have submitted it, we won't know until the B.O.D. from Lisata evaluates and accepts it. No wrong doing has occurred (yet).
@ErikOtto2@BioTechTraderSD@ErikOtto2 I'm confused. Are you saying you made a mistake and you are done w CMMB? Or you made a mistake and are currently buying back more shares?
@InvestSpecial In an RM scenario the likely value would be 3m cash + NASDAQ shell = 10m or 1.10/share FLOOR valuation, giving ZERO value to assets. The math still supports the current PPS imo
@InvestSpecial 10Q shows 10m cash end of June 30, 2026. 1.2m in costs with workforce reduction, and burn of 3-4m in GA expenses puts this at 5m cash end of Sept 30, 2026. Likely has 7m in cash today + NASDAQ shell worth 7-10m.
@InvestSpecial Disagree w/ this post and have recently built up a sizeable position here. You are not taking into account NASDAQ shell value in a likely RM scenario (assuming Kuva doesn't come back w/ a fully-funded legit offer).
@GolemST@BioTechTraderSD But on the flip side here...this company is heading to BK if no deal is made, so to 'disappoint' is going to be hard at this point since the bar is set so low...anything other than BK is a win for shareholders here sadly
@GolemST@BioTechTraderSD renegotiate license w/ elion and continue asset under a subsidiary of this new 'revenue generating pharma'...or even dreyfus...there are like 4 or 5 potential scenarios here tbh..guess we will just have to wait and see
@GolemST@BioTechTraderSD I don't disagree with you @GolemST . There are a couple different scenarios that could play out here. Either they give the drug back to Elion as SD suggests or another options , as you said since Elion is comfortable w/ the terms maybe they sub-license or even re-negnotiate
