@Sanjay__Bakshi The assumed weights include the carry on cabin baggage. If the check in bag is over limit and the passenger is not carrying adequate carry on cabin baggage it would result in inaccurate cg calculations.

@Sanjay__Bakshi The reason is as to how the load and trim calculations are done prior to flight. The cg of the airplane has to be kept within limits for reasons of adequate controllability during take off and landing and to reduce trim drag during cruise.

@Sanjay__Bakshi To calculate the cg the weights of cargo and and passengers must be known. The check in bags and cargo are weighed accurately. The passengers and carry on baggage are not weighed. The latter is assumed as 75kg for adults above 12 yrs, 35 kg for 2 to 12 yrs and 10 kg below 2 yrs.
