@SallyB12Movie I have a high serum b-12 in the 1500-2,000 range and have had all LOW b-12 symptoms for years including neurological symptoms. I had a Vitamin b-12 Binding Capacity test done and the number came back unmeasurably low. Is that a transcobalamin deficiency?
