Recently ordered a refrigerator from Croma. The product was delivered damaged, as inspected by their own installation technician. It’s been more than 24 hours, no one from Croma has connected to me, despite of several mails. The customer care number doesn’t connect.

The whatsapp number for customer care didn’t provide any resolution too.
When visiting the Croma site, it shows no replacement available, will provide refund option only, but till now no information on when the process of refund will start.
I’m stuck.
