Android/IOS app: I made the choice to have an app because I have Find my friend/Uber like tracking. Not always necessary for the app you're building. I'm a big fan of @tryramp texting me for updates and being able to text back like a human for actions to be done or even multi actions!! But Ramp also has an app for example.
