@TurkishAirlines This is my very first experience with your airline and I am currently being frustrated, I bought a one way ticket for my mother to Canada from Lagos in February 2021 via @TurkishAirlines only to be told she needed a return flight from Canada to Lagos.
@TK_HelpDesk I just sent you a DM .I also attached both her first flight ticket and her return ticket that needs a date change which bears all the name in the right sequence.Dont know why its difficult to issue another ticket in the same format!

I called back and found out that my mother's surname has been transposed as her first name. Instead of apologizing for that error, I was told I have to buy another ticket.....for an error that I knew nothing about?? Please fix this as my aged mother needs to travel next week.
I had to pay for same immediately, I decided to change the date of her return this month and I called your customer care and a lady, after wasting my time told me I would get the ticket with the updated change in my email. Having waited for days and the email did not come in..
@lufthansa She has a COVID test that was more than 48hours..Canada requires 72 hrs and Germany needs 48 hours for travellers from Nigeria with Germany as final destination..not transit passengers. Kindly process her refund as her travel agency claims your airline does not want to refund
