"Silicon deposits" is not "Silikonvorkommen", but "Silizium...", as in the audio. And it gets worse from there.

@UPS I've been trying to log into your Billing Center all day, both accounts I have seem to be unknown, trying to reset my pw just gives an unspecific error. Tech support hotline (DE) was busy today and now is after hours. Mail to tech support requires login. What's going on?
