It is also a closed capsule, therefore everyone in the plane should have gotten infected and spread the virus in the airport they arrived in as well as the city(s) they visited the next several days.

It also would have been spread from one airport to 15 others with in a matter of a couple of days.
By this timeline the US should have been infected at LEAST 30% within 3 months.
