Dave was a major part of the hall experience for countless students throughout all the years that he worked in Slems.
We're proud to announce a new series of scholarships available to students joining us at #StAnselmHall in the next academic year!

Happy St Anselm Day!
Today is the feast day of St Anselm, which we celebrate annually in hall. Since we can't be together this year, here are some photos of our celebrations from 2 years ago, when @BishManchester joined us for our service and judged our bake-off!
We loved reading about about the courtship adventures of Warden Lindsay Dewar (1922-1928), as written by his students. More coming later this month... #Hallmagazine#Sneakpeak

Although it was an all male hall, Slems historically had longstanding relationships with female halls like Langdale, where the owner of this book lived in the 1950s' #IWD2021#InternationalWomensDay
Super excited to receive this book, the story of the first Slemsman who spent several years as a miner in Durham before being taken under Rev. Allworthy's care after teaching himself Greek. @DurhamMiners@StAnselmAssoc
