🟠 1,000 VOTERS WERE ASKED WHO SHOULD BE PRIME MINISTER AND THE RESULT WILL BE REPORTED AS WHAT 18 MILLION AUSTRALIANS THINK. DOES IT SPEAK FOR YOU? 🟠
⠀
The latest RedBridge and Accent poll surveyed 1,000 voters between 28 September and 2 October and put Anthony Albanese ahead as preferred Prime Minister on 31%, Pauline Hanson on 26% and Angus Taylor on 15%, while 28% didn't pick any of the three.
⠀
That result will be quoted as the national mood for weeks, yet it rests on a small sample of people, and most of the 18 million Australians enrolled to vote have never been asked their opinion once.
⠀
OpenPoll gives every voter a say, whoever they back. You get one free ballot each week, checked against your mobile so nobody can vote twice, and you number the parties just like the real ballot.
The results count live, seat by seat, so you can watch what your own electorate thinks as the votes come in.

The irony of the UN admitting they were wrong (or deceitful for profit) about Climate Change at the VERY SAME TIME that #Australia spends Millions on a Climate Conference that nobody attended is stark. Australian Politics is always lagging years behind. Embarrassment 😳
Reduce the size of Government at all levels massively. Protect Essential Services, education, police, fire, health. Make sure our most vulnerable are looked after. But the ridiculously overpaid, under worked public service, at so many levels, need to find real jobs, because the attitude that it’s public money and it doesn’t matter has to end. Complete transparency for every cent of taxpayer money. We need to be able to see how every cent is used. The transfer of productive private sector money into non productive public sector hands through the biggest tax grab in our history is why our productivity is going backwards, and why we are poorer. Also massive companies must not be able to make huge profits in Australia, and take it out of the country untaxed through tricky accounting. NO. The explosion of big tech companies scooping up all our cash must end. Also stop the huge illicit drug trade. The amount of cocaine we use per capita leads the world. All that money leaves the country untaxed, same with illegal tobacco. Police our borders. And find the corrupt officials letting it happen. Put white collar criminals in government and public service in jail. If you steal from taxpayers you got to jail. If we get real honesty in government, we all get richer, not just the criminals amongst https://t.co/CjM9dDYFbG more honesty, tax multinationals, much less tax for honest Aussies. All our focus stays here, no more posing and throwing away taxpayer bucks to impress the grifters at the UN. And if we are going to sell coal and uranium etc around the world, we may as well use it here. So no more bullshit virtue signalling net zero. Also no gambling ads. Worckcover overhaul, it’s another broken system. Complete overhaul of NDIS to stop suppliers stealing. We bring the debt down through massive surpluses. We explain to everyone that the increasing interest repayments will bankrupt future generations if we don’t. Politicians fly economy. Actually we reduce parliament by a lot of people. It’s ridiculous. They don’t get pensions for life. Actually no public servants get ridiculous pensions for life. I could go on. We sell Parliament House land. It’s grotesquely large and the reduced gardening bill could fund a lot of doctors.
No personal income tax till you hit 52k per year. Income tax indexed to inflation. We incentivise hard work.
I could go on but my wife is yelling ‘where are you?’ I’m in the bathroom.
Explosive new analysis suggests that the Albanese Government has rorted hundreds of millions of dollars in multicultural grants through the Department of Home Affairs, with 94% of the money granted since the last election going to Labor-held seats. Shockingly, most of these grants were allocated through closed and non-competitive tenders.
One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson said Australians were entitled to answers about how the department had awarded such large sums, seemingly without appropriate transparency or scrutiny.
“The figures are truly staggering,” Senator Hanson said.
“The value of new multicultural grant awards jumped from less than $6 million in 2022-23 to more than $325 million in 2025-26, roughly a 55-fold increase.
“Over 87% of multicultural grants last year were awarded through a closed and non-competitive selection process, and 88% of the money has gone to Labor seats since Anthony Albanese came to power. In the financial year following the last election, 94% of the money went to Labor-held seats.
“Tony Burke’s electorate is among the biggest beneficiaries. Hundreds of millions in taxpayer funds are being splashed on Labor seats through closed processes.
“The rebuilding of the Adass Synagogue after an Iranian-sponsored terrorist firebombing is an exception that clearly deserves support. But one justified grant doesn’t explain potential rorts in the rest of the program.
“An extraordinary amount of money has also been given to the controversial Australian National Imams Council, which is based in Tony Burke’s electorate. This is the same group which has reportedly worked with Tony Burke to bring alleged ISIS brides back to Australia.
“The same government that refuses to speak honestly about radical Islamic terrorism is also asking Australians not to look too closely at where hundreds of millions of dollars are going.
“There are serious questions to be answered here. One Nation is calling on the government to completely open the books. Publish every assessment, ministerial brief, representation and decision. Australians should be able to see who asked for the money, who approved it, why it was awarded and what taxpayers received in return.
“Taxpayer money must be allocated on transparent criteria based on community need, not funnelled to buy votes.
“Anthony Albanese promised to do politics differently. What his government is doing just looks like the same old corruption.”
Finally someone in MSM saying the thing their not supposed to say.
And for the rest of you who know what another hike rate to your already expensive mortgage, petrol, and food costs - this is not your fault.
Hang in there, the Orange Wave is coming 🧡 🌊🌊
Credit must go to where it’s due and Kochie is right. If the RBA is being forced to keep raising interest rates because labor governments are running fiscal policy that adds to inflationary pressure, then Michele Bullock should have the courage to tell all Australians that plainly. Interest rates do not operate in a credit market vacuum and Government spending has deep consequences. The IMF itself says fiscal consolidation would support disinflation and reduce the pressure on our monetary policy. Meanwhile, the RBA says historically weak productivity is constraining Australia’s capacity to grow without generating inflation. Australians with mortgages shouldn’t be left thinking interest-rate rises simply fall out of the sky. We need to grow our level of productivity, not continually grow government spending and the tax burden that is required to continually sustain it.
Tesla FSD just reached a pretty important milestone in Australia 🇦🇺
Zurich has become the first Australian insurer to recognize FSD Supervised as reducing driving risk....and that is now being reflected in lower insurance pricing for Tesla owners
Australian Teslas have already driven more than 132 MILLION km using FSD
And the safety data shows around 7× fewer major and minor collisions with FSD engaged
Insurance companies price risk with real money....if they’re lowering the cost, the safety data is speaking for itself
FSD is now turning better safety into lower ownership costs for Tesla drivers
Thank you to the thousands of people who have sent me a message, email, reply or text of support. I will try to reply to eventually.
But for the moment I just want to say: I’m ok, angry & sad, but ok, and the fight isn’t over.
A marathon runner doesn’t give up at kilometer 30, and neither do I. We’re in this together.

Does One Nation have a point on super?
I did the sums. For younger Australians with big mortgages and decades until retirement, redirecting some super contributions towards their home could leave them better off.
With the right guardrails, I think it could work. The idea at least deserves a proper debate. https://t.co/nytWBlSxu3
Jim Chalmers is acting hysterically over a proposal that would let someone struggling to pay their rent or mortgage keep 9% going into super instead of 12%, and take the 3% difference as a tax-effective pay boost for up to three years.
Perhaps if you hadn’t so thoroughly buggered the economy, Jim, they wouldn’t need to.
And there’s nothing more anti-worker than presiding over four years of falling real wages.
Australian housing is getting spicy.
House prices have now fallen for 5 straight months.
Higher rates are finally doing what they were designed to do…crush demand.
And if rates stay higher for longer… 👀
