@DannyAbriano Does it though? I mean, last year, everything that could've gone wrong, did. 2024 started like hot ass, the finish was an outlier. 2023 sucked. 2022 we won 101, & absolutely collapsed as the season closed, and the Braves dominated us. So tell me, what season isn't a 1 of 1 event?
Happy 4th of July! ⚾️🇺🇸

@iHatejeffwilpon To this, I agree. In the end, these asshats are paid, HANDSOMELY. It's baseball man, a kid's game. Get your shit together and make it work.
@SmartestMetsGuy It's optics.
He doesn't appear to take the game seriously, especially when things are going poorly. He suffers from extended slumps. He talks like he wants to lead but hasn't shown leadership qualities. 2024 is more of an outlier than his pattern.
@SNY_Mets@sal_licata@NikiLattarulo@Honda Oh, they undoubtedly had a manager problem. But, he shouldn't have been fired alone. Stearns is Mendoza, Mendoza is Stearns.
@Cali_1024@StevenACohen2 I live I'm SC, so wasting my $ on tix isn't something I worry about. But I buy merch, & I watch- well, I used to. I can't justify wasting my time & money on a franchise that can't put it together. This team has no identity. No heart. No fight. They're not fun or interesting.
