@LinuxHandbook Unsure. I tried to boot Linux in 1997 or so but it didn't work because my Philips 5x speed CD-Drive was unsupported. That delayed the entry-point somewhat.
Should have bought the more regular 4x speed Sony or Mitsumi, but I thought that 25% faster was better ;-)

@dpdNL Onderstaande parcelshop is sinds gisteren gesloten:
Zeegelaar Shipping
45H Molukkenstraat
1095 AT Amsterdam
Er hangt een nietszeggend briefje op de deur en verder zijn er geen aanwijzingen hoe een pakketje op te halen.

@mashable Cycling that slow is impossible for most humans. Cycling backwards even more so.

@omgubuntu Well, I will try it out asap ;-)

Today my Twitter account just turned 15!!! #MyTwitterAnniversary Just another three year to go to maturity, I guess 😅

Thank you @larymak1 for writing this helpful article.

@drmenzelit Muss ich auch.

Ubuntu upgrade time of year again.
Should I go to 22.10 or stay with 22.04 LTS?

[slibbe @slibbe]

@mttmccb @EmmaBostian But only on an iPhone you can dislike. Ordinary people can only like😉

[slibbe @slibbe]

@TwitterSupport When using the https://t.co/xgVigMNXoB with the emailaddress that I own I also need a username that is unknown to me. Without that I won't get the email from twitter that I need to proceed.

[slibbe @slibbe]

@TwitterSupport Hi, I'd like to use a different emailaddress to which only I have access, but Twitter says that it is in use already. How do I continue?

So wetting the appetite for a true cycle trip in september ;-)

[slibbe @slibbe]

Preparing for a big cycletrip. First one since Corona destroyd our travelplans, and also the first one in many many years without a J-component included. Visiting non-jfriends instead of #jfriends. However there still is a small option to #jcycle to #JoomlaDay22DACH😉

[slibbe @slibbe]

So rented a car and continued as a car trip with bicycle and gear as luggage. Went to friends counterclockwise instead, and the holiday transitioned from an active in a rather lazy trip with some cycling and walking.

[slibbe @slibbe]

@selemondev Not that I want to disappoint you, but getting started on coding is more about actually getting your hands dirty and fail, than about reading documentation and listening to podcasts no matter how interessting they may sound, which they generally do :-)

[slibbe @slibbe]

Upgrading to 22.04 with or without LTS. And sick of nonworking Budgie, so going back to regular Ubuntu.
Yes, I could have contributed to fixing these issues, but since I have nor time nor patience....

[slibbe @slibbe]

Upgrading Ubuntu to version 19.10 :-)

[slibbe @slibbe]

Well, it looks as if I am too early. Some package doesn't have the right size. I can try to figure it out or wait a couple days/weeks/whatever 😉
