my last sh was on July 10, and it’s been over a month since then. im trying with every fiber of my being not to relapse because i can’t bear for my girlfriend to come home from work only to find me bleeding out again

@pyromanicallysh ive been doing omad for almost a month now. the progress feels pretty slow, but im still losing around 1 kg per week. i don't track my calories and mostly just try to keep my portions as small as possible. i do have a cheat day every saturday, though!
