@nsandihelp Also, I’ve received a letter re Brexit and that because I live in Gibraltar (living in certain EU countries) that this may affect my ability to hold an account. Gib is not in the EU!! It left the EU at exactly the same time as the UK due to Brexit! We are part of the UK! Explain

@nsandihelp Only my premium bonds account appears when I log in online. How can I add my Income Bonds account to my login?

@nsandihelp Ok I will do this, thanks. Why am I not able to change my settings when I login eg go paperless, add a bank account etc. does everything have to be done my letter? If so, what’s the point of the online access?
